We are still experiencing a lack of snow but a few more runs have opened with man-made snow. Blackcomb has Choker Park, Lower Springboard, Wishbone, Zig Zag and part of Green Line open. Whistler has Ego Bowl, Upper Whiskey Jack, Papoose, Orange Peel, Lower Pony Trail, Expressway and part of the Learning Center open. Runs are good in the morning but get a little slick in the afternoon. A few rolling rocks around but I am using my good skis with no problems. At least it is not busy mid week. No lift line-ups.
They are making snow on Upper Olympic and they are close to getting the Village ski out on both mountains covered if the temperature cooperates.
Some of you on the Epic Mix App may have noticed it is not recording most of your lifts. It is only recording Jersey Cream, Catskinner and Emerald Chairs. I have reported this to Vail but no response as usual.
As I reported last week we have new LED light boards on the mountain. A good point was made today that a colorblind person will not be able to read them.
We were still out riding our e-bikes this week which is probably the latest we have done this before.
Doesn't look like much snow coming this week. A mix of snowy and sunny days. Temperatures will be mild as well.

Hi Don, I haven't been on your blog for several years, Barbara gave it to me, nice seeing you all and Whistler again. You'll have to fly to The Alps one day and send your weekly report From atop a mountain top, wouldn't that be a Blast. Take Care⛷️
