Thursday Report for Mar 22, 2012

Another great week of deep powder snow. Based on previous years I would expect that we have now reached our deepest base for the season now or pretty close to it. It is Spring you know. Last week was very busy on the mountains, but this week has not been too bad, except for the odd place like Harmony Chair. This week a lot of the Lower Mainland Schools have been on Spring Break. This weekend might be a little busy as the kids are still here until they go back to school on Monday.

Today we had a beautiful sunny morning until the clouds came in and it started to snow lightly. Looks like maybe a bit more snow for tomorrow and then a mainly sunny weekend. Temperatures will remain cool on the mountain so no big melt yet.
